职位描述

无损检测员 The NDT inspector is responsible for ensuring that the NDT quality of incoming， process and finished materials meet all internal and external specifications and customer requirements. 无损检验员负责确保进料、过程和成品物料的无损检测质量符合所有内部和外部规范及客户要求。 Responsibilities职责 NDT for incoming， process and finished materials of iron and aluminum welded structural parts according to standards; 依据标准对铁、铝焊接结构件的进料、过程、成品物料进行无损检测； NDT record and report preparation; 无损检测记录和报告的编制； FAI inspection for new product; 新产品FAI检验； Travel to the supplier for NDT if necessary; 必要时到供应商处进行无损检测； Be responsible for the daily storage and maintenance of inspection instruments; 负责检验器具的日常保管、保养工作； Complete other tasks arranged by superiors. 完成上级安排的其它任务。 Requirements and Qualifications要求及任职资格 College degree or above in engineering， holding ISO 9712 Level II VT， UT certificates， and MT and PT certificates are preferred;; 理工科大专及以上学历，持ISO 9712二级VT、UT证书，同时具有MT、PT证书优先； At least 3 years of NDT experience in welded structural parts; 有3年以上焊接结构件NDT工作经验； Be familiar with the use of NDT tools/devices; 熟悉无损检测工具/设备的使用； Must be able to read and interpret drawings and procedures; 能阅读和理解图纸及操作程序； Can work night shift if necessary， fluent in English reading and writing is preferred; 必要时可上夜班，英语读写流利者优先 Proficient in using Office software; 熟练使用Office办公软件；
