以钢结构事业为范畴。 Strategy and approach plan 策略和跟踪计划;Build relationship with development zone， Design Institute， General Contract， Potential Clients， etc 开发区，设计院，总包和潜在客户的关系发展;Focus key account and follow their investment to find opportunity 关注大客户并跟踪他们的投资计划以发现项目机会;Find leads from marketing and network 通过市场和人脉发现项目信息;Cold call/email 电话和邮件;Visit and presentation 拜访和公司陈述;Proposal 投标文件制作;Negotiation and win projects 谈判和签约.
